Privacy policy
GeaRent is operated by WLF Tech, Egypt. This policy says what GeaRent collects about you, why, who can see it, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it. GeaRent is a showcase: it books nothing, takes no payment and asks for no identity documents, so it holds very little about you.
1. What GeaRent collects

Calls and WhatsApp messages to a showroom go directly from your phone. GeaRent does not see them or record that you made them.
2. Who can see what
- Everyone can read your reviews and the name on them. Your email address is shown to nobody outside GeaRent's team.
- GeaRent's team see accounts and reviews in order to run the showcase, and may remove a review that breaks the terms.
- Service providers that process data for GeaRent: Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage and hosting, in Google's europe-west1 region in Belgium) and Brevo (sending the emails GeaRent writes to you). Each receives only what its job needs.
- GeaRent does not sell your data and does not share it with anyone else, except where Egyptian law or a lawful order requires it.
3. Identity documents
GeaRent no longer asks for a national ID, a driving licence or an ID number. Documents and ID numbers collected when GeaRent took bookings are deleted, and none are kept.
4. How long it is kept
- Your account, name, picture and reviews are kept while your account exists.
- When your account is closed, it is deleted together with your picture, your reviews and your notifications.
5. What you can do
- Change your name and picture at any time under Account in the app, and change or delete any review you wrote.
- Delete your account yourself, under Account → Manage account in the app: Delete my account asks for your password, then removes it at once, with everything listed above.
- Without the app, ask for your account to be deleted by writing from the account's email address to the developer contact address on GeaRent's app-store listing. It is then deleted, with everything listed above.
- Ask to see what GeaRent holds about you, or to correct it, by writing to the developer contact address on GeaRent's app-store listing. A showroom account is closed by GeaRent on the showroom's request, the same way.
- Report a review you think breaks the rules, with the flag beside it. GeaRent keeps who reported it, to review the report, and deletes that record with your account.
6. Age
You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
7. Changes
GeaRent may update this policy; the effective date at the top changes when it does.
سياسة الخصوصية
تُشغّل GeaRent شركة WLF Tech في مصر. تبيّن هذه السياسة ما تجمعه GeaRent عنك، ولماذا، ومن يمكنه رؤيته، وكم يُحتفظ به، وما الذي يمكنك فعله حياله. GeaRent معرض إلكتروني: لا تحجز شيئًا، ولا تأخذ أي مبلغ، ولا تطلب أي مستندات هوية، لذا فهي تحتفظ بالقليل جدًا عنك.

المكالمات ورسائل واتساب إلى المعرض تخرج مباشرة من هاتفك. لا تراها GeaRent ولا تسجّل أنك أجريتها.
2. من يرى ماذا
- الجميع يمكنهم قراءة تقييماتك والاسم الذي عليها. لا يرى أحد غيرنا بريدك الإلكتروني.
- فريق GeaRent يرى الحسابات والتقييمات لإدارة المعرض الإلكتروني، ويجوز له حذف تقييم يخالف الشروط.
- مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يعالجون البيانات لصالح GeaRent: Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات وتخزين الملفات والاستضافة، في منطقة europe-west1 التابعة لـ Google في بلجيكا)، وBrevo (إرسال الرسائل البريدية التي تكتبها لك GeaRent). يتلقى كل منهم ما يحتاجه عمله فقط.
- لا تبيع GeaRent بياناتك ولا تشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى، إلا حيث يقتضي القانون المصري أو أمر قانوني ذلك.
3. مستندات الهوية
لم تعد GeaRent تطلب بطاقة الرقم القومي أو رخصة القيادة أو الرقم القومي. المستندات والأرقام التي جُمعت حين كانت GeaRent تقبل الحجوزات تُحذف، ولا يُحتفظ بأي منها.
4. كم يُحتفظ بها
- يُحتفظ بحسابك واسمك وصورتك وتقييماتك ما دام حسابك موجودًا.
- عند إغلاق حسابك يُحذف مع صورتك وتقييماتك وإشعاراتك.
5. ما يمكنك فعله
- تغيير اسمك وصورتك في أي وقت من «الحساب» في التطبيق، وتعديل أي تقييم كتبته أو حذفه.
- حذف حسابك بنفسك من «الحساب» ← «إدارة الحساب» في التطبيق: «احذف حسابي» يطلب كلمة السر، ثم يزيله فورًا مع كل ما سبق ذكره.
- طلب حذف حسابك من غير التطبيق، بمراسلة عنوان التواصل الخاص بالمطوّر في صفحة GeaRent على متجر التطبيقات من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل به الحساب. ثم يُحذف الحساب مع كل ما سبق ذكره.
- طلب الاطلاع على ما تحتفظ به GeaRent عنك، أو تصحيحه، بمراسلة عنوان التواصل الخاص بالمطوّر في صفحة GeaRent على متجر التطبيقات. ويُغلق حساب المعرض بطلب من المعرض بالطريقة نفسها.
- الإبلاغ عن تقييم تراه مخالفًا للشروط، بعلامة البلاغ بجانبه. تحتفظ GeaRent بمن أبلغ لمراجعة البلاغ، وتحذف هذا السجل مع حسابك.
6. العمر
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو أكثر لامتلاك حساب.
7. التعديلات
يجوز لـ GeaRent تحديث هذه السياسة؛ يتغير تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة عند ذلك.
