Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of the GeaRent app and service. GeaRent is operated by WLF Tech, Egypt. By using GeaRent you agree to them. Please read them; they say plainly what GeaRent does and, just as importantly, what it does not.
1. What GeaRent is
GeaRent is a showcase of cars offered for rent by showrooms in Egypt. Showrooms list their own cars and set their own daily rates, security deposits and conditions. GeaRent shows those listings, the showroom's branch and its phone number, and what customers say about the showroom. Nothing is booked or paid through GeaRent: you contact the showroom yourself, and any rental is agreed between you and the showroom. GeaRent is not the rental company, does not own the cars, and is not a party to any rental.
2. Using GeaRent
- You can browse as a guest, without an account.
- An account is needed for one thing only: writing reviews. You sign in with an email address and password, and you must confirm the address before you can write a review.
- You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. One account per person; keep your password safe and do not share it. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Showroom staff accounts are attached to a showroom by GeaRent's team and are not active until that happens.
3. Prices and listings
- GeaRent charges nothing, to customers or to showrooms. It takes no payment and holds no deposit.
- The daily rate, the security deposit and the conditions on a listing — mileage limit, fuel policy, insurance cover and excess, minimum age, rental length and what the showroom asks you to bring — are the showroom's own. Confirm them with the showroom before you pay or hand over anything.
- A listing is not a reservation. Whether a car is free on the days you want is for the showroom to tell you.
4. Contacting a showroom
The Call and WhatsApp buttons open your own phone's dialler or WhatsApp with the branch's number. GeaRent does not carry, see or record those calls and messages. What you agree with the showroom — the price, the deposit, the documents, the handover — is between the two of you.
5. Damage, fines and disputes
Anything that happens during a rental — damage, late return, traffic fines, fuel, the return of the deposit — is settled between you and the showroom under the terms you agreed with it. GeaRent does not assess, mediate or settle it.
6. Reviews
- With a confirmed account you can write one review of each showroom: from one to five stars, with a note if you wish. You can change it or delete it at any time.
- A review is public, under the name on your account. It must be your own honest account of dealing with that showroom. It must not be abusive, must not carry anyone's phone number, address or other personal details, and must not be written for payment or on a showroom's behalf.
- A showroom's rating is the average of the stars in its reviews. GeaRent does not edit reviews; it may remove one that breaks these rules, and may close an account used to write them.
7. Showrooms
A showroom that lists on GeaRent agrees that its listings are accurate and its own, that the price and conditions shown are the ones it quotes to a caller, and that it holds any licences and insurance the law requires of it. A showroom puts its own cars on show. GeaRent may take any car off show, or hide all of a showroom's listings for a time, telling the showroom why.
8. What GeaRent is not responsible for
GeaRent runs the showcase with reasonable care but does not guarantee that a car matches its listing, that a showroom will rent it to you or perform as agreed, that a review is accurate, or that the service is available without interruption. GeaRent receives no money from any rental and, to the extent Egyptian law allows, has no liability for one.
9. Changes and law
GeaRent may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when it does, and continued use after that date is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
الشروط والأحكام
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق GeaRent وخدمته. تُشغّل GeaRent شركة WLF Tech في مصر. باستخدامك GeaRent فأنت توافق عليها. نرجو قراءتها؛ فهي تقول بوضوح ما تفعله GeaRent، والأهم، ما لا تفعله.
1. ما هي GeaRent
GeaRent معرض إلكتروني لسيارات تعرضها معارض في مصر للإيجار. تعرض المعارض سياراتها بنفسها وتحدد أسعارها اليومية ومبالغ التأمين وشروطها. تعرض GeaRent هذه الإعلانات، وفرع المعرض ورقم هاتفه، وما يقوله العملاء عن المعرض. لا يُحجز ولا يُدفع أي شيء عبر GeaRent: تتواصل مع المعرض بنفسك، وأي إيجار يُتفق عليه بينك وبين المعرض. GeaRent ليست شركة تأجير، ولا تملك السيارات، وليست طرفًا في أي إيجار.
2. استخدام GeaRent
- يمكنك التصفح كضيف دون حساب.
- الحساب مطلوب لشيء واحد فقط: كتابة التقييمات. تسجّل الدخول ببريد إلكتروني وكلمة مرور، ويجب تأكيد البريد قبل أن تكتب تقييمًا.
- يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 عامًا لامتلاك حساب. حساب واحد لكل شخص؛ حافظ على كلمة المرور ولا تشاركها. أنت مسؤول عما يُفعل به.
- حسابات موظفي المعارض يربطها فريق GeaRent بالمعرض ولا تعمل قبل ذلك.
3. الأسعار والإعلانات
- لا تتقاضى GeaRent أي رسوم، لا من العملاء ولا من المعارض. لا تأخذ أي مبلغ ولا تحتفظ بأي تأمين.
- السعر اليومي والتأمين وشروط الإعلان — حد الكيلومترات، وسياسة الوقود، والتغطية التأمينية والتحمّل، والحد الأدنى للعمر، ومدة الإيجار، وما يطلب المعرض إحضاره — كلها من المعرض نفسه. تأكد منها مع المعرض قبل أن تدفع أو تسلّم أي شيء.
- الإعلان ليس حجزًا. المعرض هو من يخبرك إن كانت السيارة متاحة في الأيام التي تريدها.
4. التواصل مع المعرض
زرّا الاتصال وواتساب يفتحان تطبيق الهاتف أو واتساب على جهازك برقم الفرع. لا تنقل GeaRent هذه المكالمات والرسائل ولا تطّلع عليها ولا تسجّلها. ما تتفق عليه مع المعرض — السعر، والتأمين، والمستندات، والتسليم — أمر بينكما.
5. الأضرار والمخالفات والنزاعات
كل ما يحدث أثناء الإيجار — الأضرار، والتأخر في الإرجاع، والمخالفات المرورية، والوقود، واسترداد التأمين — يُسوّى بينك وبين المعرض وفق ما اتفقتما عليه. GeaRent لا تقدّره ولا تتوسط فيه ولا تسوّيه.
6. التقييمات
- بحساب مؤكَّد يمكنك كتابة تقييم واحد لكل معرض: من نجمة إلى خمس نجوم، مع ملاحظة إن شئت. يمكنك تعديله أو حذفه في أي وقت.
- التقييم علني، باسم حسابك. يجب أن يكون روايتك الصادقة لتعاملك مع ذلك المعرض. يجب ألا يكون مسيئًا، وألا يحمل رقم هاتف أحد أو عنوانه أو أي بيانات شخصية، وألا يُكتب مقابل أجر أو نيابة عن معرض.
- تقييم المعرض هو متوسط نجوم تقييماته. لا تعدّل GeaRent التقييمات؛ ويجوز لها حذف ما يخالف هذه القواعد، وإغلاق الحساب الذي يُستخدم لكتابته.
7. المعارض
المعرض الذي يعرض على GeaRent يوافق على أن إعلاناته دقيقة وخاصة به، وأن السعر والشروط المعروضة هي نفسها التي يذكرها لمن يتصل به، وأنه يحمل ما يفرضه القانون من تراخيص وتأمين. يعرض المعرض سياراته بنفسه. ويجوز لـ GeaRent إيقاف عرض أي سيارة، أو إخفاء كل إعلانات معرض لفترة، مع إبلاغ المعرض بالسبب.
8. ما لا تتحمله GeaRent
تدير GeaRent المعرض الإلكتروني بعناية معقولة لكنها لا تضمن مطابقة السيارة لإعلانها، ولا أن يؤجرها لك المعرض أو يلتزم بما اتُّفق عليه، ولا دقة أي تقييم، ولا توفر الخدمة دون انقطاع. لا تتلقى GeaRent أي مبلغ من أي إيجار، وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون المصري لا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عنه.
9. التعديلات والقانون
يجوز لـ GeaRent تحديث هذه الشروط؛ يتغير تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة عند ذلك، واستمرار الاستخدام بعده يُعد قبولًا. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
